Melbourne Wrestling’s Kurtis Day Retires After In Match Concussion

We found out earlier today, with great sadness, that the ‘Oceanic Dream’ Kurtis Day, who was a part of Deathmatch Downunder’s initial line up of talent for their recent ‘And Out Comes the Wolves’ debut event, has taken a precautionary measure to cease in ring competition after a concussion sustained in a match this part Monday.

According to Day, he has had a history of concussions as a result of playing football and wrestling, though states he will still continue to support the DMDU promotion.
