DMDU Talks This Weekends Tournament and Its Diversity

This Friday and Saturday night in Melbourne, Deathmatch Downunder presents a 16-person tournament to crown the first ever DMDU Heavyweight Champion.

With a mix of gender identities, ethnic representations and representation from multiple states of Australia, it is undoubtedly one of the most diverse tournaments in Australia’s, and possibly the world’s, wrestling history.

Lord Andy Coyne asks both DMDU management members Erin Dick and Jay Stevens to reflect on this, and talk about the process behind building the tournament.
