If you want to see the best up and coming talent in Australia and New Zealand respectively, you can’t go wrong with this match between “Smash Mouth: Ritchie Taylor vs JK Moody.

JK Moody, who is a former New Zealand Champion for SPW, was looking to make his mark within the Australian scene and wanted to make it at the expense of “Smash Mouth” Ritchie Taylor.

Meanwhile Taylor was on the road to proving his mettle as a singles competitor after spending most of his career being in a tag team with his brother as part of the “Flying Taylor Brothers.”

JK Moody would go on to not only become a double number one contender for both the Australian and New Zealand Championships, but also begin a tour in the United Kingdom. Taylor would go on to prove his worth as a top contender with classic matches against the like of DCT, Mike Burr and Lochy Hendricks.
